Details for packing, collection, returns, and pricing.
Packing Times (Brisbane → Gladstone)
- Wednesday 1st April: 1400hrs > 1730hrs
- Thursday 2nd April: 1000hrs > 1800hrs
- Friday 3rd April: 0800hrs > 0900hrs
Please Note: Due to insurance restrictions, no lithium batteries or power banks can be transported in the truck.
- Small items may be dropped off during the day on the Wednesday before the race; they will be stored in the public foyer.
- Tags must be purchased at the QCYC office and attached to all items before loading. Items without tags will be removed from the truck prior to departure.
- All heavy items must be loaded on the truck by the owner or representative.
Collection in Gladstone
Items will be available for collection from the Race Control Centre at the Gladstone Marina.
- Saturday 4th April: 8.00am to 5:30 pm — if you require access outside these times, call race control on 0498 256428.
- Sunday 5th April: 8.00am to 5:30 pm — if you require access outside these times, call race control on 0498 256428.
- Monday 6th April: 9.00am to 2.00pm. After this time items can only be picked up at QCYC on Wednesday 8th April (8.00am–2:30pm) or Thursday 9th April (9.00am–1.00pm).
Transport Back from Gladstone (Gladstone → Brisbane)
To transport items back from Gladstone, luggage must be loaded no later than 2.00pm Monday afternoon following the Race. If the race is still occurring, this time may be extended.
Items can be collected from QCYC on Wednesday 8th April (8:00am–2:30pm) or Thursday 9th April (9:00am–1:00pm).
