The Organising Authority will be providing a Luggage Truck to make the trip from Brisbane to Gladstone on Good Friday and returning back to Brisbane on the Wednesday following the race.
Packing times for items to be transported to Gladstone are:
Wednesday 5 April 1400hrs > 1730hrs
Thursday 6 April 1000hrs > 1800hrs
Friday 7 April 0800hrs > 1100hrs
Small items may be dropped off on Wednesday however will be stored in the public foyer overnight.
Tags must be purchased at the QCYC office and attached to all items before loading. Items without tags will be removed from the truck prior to departure.
Items will be available for collection in Gladstone from the Race Control Centre or, by arrangement, the truck can meet you at the Marina for large, non personal, items.
To transport items back from Gladstone, luggage will need to be loaded prior to the Tuesday morning following the Race. Items can then be collected from QCYC on Wednesday 12 April between 8am and 4pm or Thursday 13 April between 8am and 1pm. Competitors can book this service and purchase tages by contacting Race Control in Gladstone.
