Packing times for items to be transported to Gladstone are:
Wednesday 16th April 1400hrs > 1730hrs
Thursday 17th April 1000hrs > 1800hrs
Friday 18th April 0800hrs > 0900hrs

Small items may be dropped off during the day on Wednesday, however, will be stored in the public foyer.

Tags must be purchased at the QCYC office and attached to all items before loading. Items without tags will be removed from the truck prior to departure.

All heavy items will need to be loaded on the truck by the owner or representative.

Items will be available for collection in Gladstone from the Race Control Centre at the Gladstone Marina.

Times for collection are:

Saturday 19th April 8.00am to 5:30 pm. If you require access outside these times, call race control on ph 0498 256428.

Sunday 20th April 8.00am to 5:30 pm. If you require access outside these times, call race control on ph 0498 256428.

Monday 21st April 9.00am and 2.00pm. After this time items can only be picked up at QCYC on Wednesday 23 April between 8.00am and 2:30pm or Thursday 24 April between 8am and 1pm.

To transport items back from Gladstone, luggage will need to be loaded no later than 2.00pm Monday afternoon following the Race. Items can then be collected from QCYC on Wednesday 23 April between 8am and 2:30pm or Thursday 24 April between 8am and 1pm. Competitors can book this service and purchase tags by contacting Race Control in Gladstone on ph 0498 256428.
