The Entry Process - Enter the Boat

The first step is to complete the online Application to Entry form and pay the $50 application fee.

The form will ask for basic contact details, which categories you wish to enter, your EPIRB numbers and communication choices, the number of crew you intend to take, a photo of the boat and your boat dimensions. If you have raced with QCYC before, the boat dimensions are pre-populated for you and all you have to do is check them.

The Entry Process - Nominate the Crew

Next up is the task of nominating your crew. All you need for this step is the crew members name and email address. Simply fill this information into the appropriate online form as many times as you need. We will then send the crew member an email with a link to provide us their full information at a later step.

·      First Aid Certificate -we need the expiry date (for the whole course, not just the CPR element) and some sort of proof which can be uploaded to the form.
